Update v0.9.6: Catacombs

The underground lair: Catacombs, has been added.
The following monsters are found in these catacombs..

Hellhounds
Dark Beasts

Possessed pickaxes
Ankou
Twisted Banshee
Ghosts
Shades
Abyssal demons

Furthermore
The Kraken near Ardougne lever will no longer attack the people on the lever side.
The prayers of Kraken have been tweaked so it only change after every 500 damage dealt instead of every 20 seconds. The defence has been lowered too.
The loots from the barrows' and crystal' chest have been redone.
You can now trade spawnable items however it will send a message to your opponent notifying him.
The vengeance spell now hits back based on the amount HP left if the damage is greater than opponents' HP.
Aberrant and Deviant spectres now heal with 1 HP every attack and attack with magic instead of melee. Also patched it so it counts towards your slayer kills.
You are now able to cut yew trees.
Torag the Corrupted had the wrong attack emote, this has been patched.
If there is no open interface and you have enabled the ESC key to close an interface, your ESC will execute your hotkey if assigned.
Your character will properly walk to the target object or npc instead of getting interrupted a few tiles before.
Staff of the death special now resets upon entering the duel arena.
Patched the barrage timer for NPCs so they will unfreeze properly.
The screenshot system has been enabled to use our new domain, the logo has also been removed from screenshots.
