Also when you've finished them maybe get a stripe over the green text?

When you finish it it stays green.  I think it turns to a gold star too.  I like the strike idea though

I know, but when you have done a certain amount of them, it becomes confusing when it comes to which one you have collected reward from and not.

Well maybe you don't get the next star unless you claim the reward, no idea if that's how it works now or not. 

Also, i agree achievements should be recognized since they give really good rewards for doing whatever you love to do.

Agree, the rewards are amazing and the achievements should be known by more people.
