So I will show you how you can fix it on your end, if this doesn't help you it's most likely you have malware in your computer. Step 1: Click "Play now" https://gyazo.com/a63c441b6ba69ca6d874795cbde6f4d5 Step 2: Click "WINDOWS CLIENT" The difference between these 2 is that Java client will launch automatically and windows client downloads and makes a shortcut onto your computer. We're going to do windows client incase you're having issues launching. https://gyazo.com/4213a3d621a5a2cbbe1a52ecfdf85f40 Click the arrow next to "Save" and Save as. https://gyazo.com/a377915a9d7f1b420cc5f42154d75335 Step 3: Once you're done with saving it in your desired location, click "Run". You should be prompt with a thing that says "Unknown publisher or runewild.exe" click "Yes" then you'll see this. https://gyazo.com/4ccf27f03bf1e6838a959a573465cdf3 Click "Next". https://gyazo.com/188308ee0304b65a17bcb29f423f23cb Last click "Install". https://gyazo.com/384342fa84d9fb4d9d5d7af7984a572e Now you have a shortcut on your computer, and you can click finish then the game should automatically launch for you and you're set. if it didn't launch and you downloaded everything this is what you do.
