Account creation must be atleast 12 months old. I will complete that time in June, you could say yes. Your past 30 days play time must be atleast 50 hours. You could say that I play every day, always aware of the game. No severe punishments in the past 90 days. I have never been jailed, and I have not had problems with my account. No past toxic behavior.
