Slayer is and will be the most profitable skill on RuneWild so it is definitely worth it to train. Gear Setups I highly advice to postpone slayer until you have the funds to buy a blowpipe as this will speed up early slayer so much. No Slayer helm You do not need a barrage setup until you have the ability to buy a slayer helm(i). Slayer Helm Anguish if you can afford, Ava's Assembler if you have Vorkath's head Torture/Infernal cape if you can afford Kodai/Arcane/Tormented Bracelet if you can afford Staff can be switched to Ancient Staff or Master Wand to allow auto-casting. Be sure to be on Ancient Magicks and bring sufficient runes Gear sidenotes: upgrade/downgrade where necessary. You can choose to swap out the Ring of Wealth(i) for the respective Best-in-Slot rings but Ring of Wealth(i) will end up in a bigger profit overall. The Beginning To start out, head over to !slayer and speak to Duradel to receive your first slayer task. You can look up NPC locations at Topic 198 (https://www.runewild.com/forums/topic/198-npc-locations-guide/). Do all the tasks you get until you have 150 slayer points. Your first unlock is Slayer uppity doo. This will give you 30% more slayer points per task to allow quicker access to the slayer helm. From now on you can block/skip tasks. Block list Battle Mages: These are really slow and bad experience overall + pkers come from time to time which makes killing them rather annoying. Ents: Slow task overall due to low spawnrate. Demonic gorilla: Slow task, do them if you want a chance to receive some good loot but slow experience overall. Ancient Wyverns: Only block these if you do not plan to complete the achievement diary! Slayer-center unlocks If you have read this for into the guide congratulations, you are one step closer to becoming a slayer master! As you level up you will end up with a bulk of slayer points this is the following unlock order. Make sure you have blocked Battle Mages and Ents for the early levels after unlocking Slayer uppity doo. Slayer helm (500 points) Enchant Slayer helmet (150 points) Slayer task increase Extend (Bloodvelds, Dust Devils, Gargoyles, Nechryaels, Abyssal Demons) Whatever you want from here on Optional: Wyverns (if doing diary) Keep using the "No slayer helm" gear setup for ranged/magic until you have the slayer helm(i) as the normal version only boosts damage and accuracy for melee. How and where to do them Abyssal Demons: Barrage, Catacombs Ancient Wyverns: Melee (swap out Dragon Defender for Dragonfire Shield and bring an antifire potion) Battle Mages: Fire Surge + Void mage setup, Wildy Bloodvelds: Blowpipe, Slayer Tower Dust Devils: Barrage, Catacombs Ents: Blowpipe, Wildy Nechryaels: Barrage, Catacombs Infernal Mage: Blowpipe, Slayer Tower Final thoughts Once you reach level 90 Slayer you will have unlocked Elite tasks. You should disable this if you want the best experience. This can be done in the red menu of the quest tab. You can decide to leave this on as you can ask for an easier task (hard) without punishment anyways. If you guys stick to this guide, slayer should not be a pain at all. Early levels might be a bit tedious and monotonic but 80 takes no time at all and that is where the real money and experience comes from. Hope this helps you guys out!

I'd like to see XP lamps added for different things, such as when you complete your achievements, or when you pass the antibot whilst already skilling. More stuff at !di has been requested a ton, I agree, it needs way more content/exclusives. I would love something like this, we could also see something along the lines of "Moderator Rudra has logged in, PM him if you need help". These login rewards would be really cool, and I would like to see an extended zoom.

I have been playing runewild for a while and I wanted to start a strict, starting from scratch where there will be some pvp, some duelling but mostly Pvm and skilling. I am going to do this as there are none of these types of videos and it will help new players. Most videos are staking and pvp. Staff feedback. This staff feedback post will mostly be based on my experience with the staff members that are on at my times which is mostly just up and down because of my sleeping schedule just goes up and down. If I didn't include you, I either don't know you or haven't seen you enough to have an opinion, don't take it personally. Senior moderator Virtus Virtus is a fellow scandinavian brother of mine and if theres something about this guy that i know its that hes allways got a great mood and really loves to nh. Virtus has helped me out in several ways that i cant really get into :D, but i know the guy is a perfect fit for his status. Global moderator AJ Not too long ago i had a nice long talk with AJ (truesight), and i would say it was a pretty good talk since i really got to know the guy, id say hes kindhearted and really cares for the community. i just wish he would not act too fast in certain situations. B B is a dear friend of mine and i remember him being one of my first friends when i frist came back to Runewild, the guy has time and time again helped me out in countless ways i really believe he s a pillar of this community. Moderator Jadakiss Dont really know this person but i always see him helping out and such (must be because of my sleeping schedule/timezone) Hovaldo This man might be my bestfriend yet on here, always a good sport and really stands out as a moderator and a player i really hope a promotion comes his way soon. Ian I would regurarly talk to this man before he got mod and he even then proved himself as a respectfull person i believe hes right for the job. Rudra Super happy this guy is back on the staff team hes always treated me with respect and even tho hes more a forums guy id love to see him more ingame. He also has my respect being as veteran as he is.

Allright so i had an idea while looking at elo and then it struck me, what if we had a ranking system where PKers could rank up in their efforts of gaining higher elo. Let me explain BRONZE SILVER GOLD PLATINUM These divisions would have 3 phases 3 - 1. everytime you kill a player you gain a certain amount of elo (higher if you kill a person with higher ranking than yourself) and for example 10-6 kills would rank you up to a next phase untill you hit your next divison. Then by the end of the month or 2 months The highest ranking players would win prizes (aswell as small prizes inbetween every divison promotion) this could be everything from some 07 money or ingame money. It could look something like this. #1 - 25-50m 07 #2 - 200m bm #3 - 100m bm now if we add a system like this why not add a feature where we could put money in to bet on which brids we think are going to make it where. This system could have a money sink feature to it for upto 10% of total money put in. The ::pvp banktable could be used to check our elo or our placement in the ranking system or just make a seperate option for it in the settings of the client. Also why not add some sort of bragging right element to this. Based on what division you re in your name changes in colour respectively to the colour division you re in. Please leave your opinions and support if you think this is a good idea, i believe this could attract more bridders/nhers from other servers and of course new players that want to learn how to brid. Every season elo restarts of course.

Since the start of my experience on runewild, rudra has been a great moderator, he has helped me and I have seen him help many players. He is very fast at his job and can reply with in minutes if not seconds... in my opinion he is the best moderator in game and on the forums. This is not been disrespectful to any other moderators because every single one of them are great.

@highrisker this ranking system could most likely only be viable at ::cpvp or ::pvp Looks complicated i agree, but once you give it a thought it really isnt there is so much that could be done here and if the goal is to become #1 i really believe a system like this never seen before could really help towards that goal.

Maybe an option to turn it off and on? i believe alot of brids/nhers with competetive nature would really love this especially from people from other servers checking it out for the first time.
