Armor

Hello I am relatively new to the server and I wanted to ask a question regarding drop tables. Since I've joined I've been mainly pking/farming revs and i hit the rare drops pretty often but not the very rare drops. I wanted to ask if u can roll very rare drop table even if u don't have row or is it possible. If possible to be answered by Owner/Admin+ that would be very appreciated I'm sure I'm not the only one asking this question. Amazing server btw.
